The Dermatology Teachers Exchange Group (DTEG) will meet virtually on Saturday, October 3. The exchange will occur in two sessions; the first 9:00 – 10:00am EASTERN, and again 4:30 – 5:30pm EASTERN, during the annual meeting of the Association of Professors of Dermatology. Please note the special theme of this year’s exchange will be “Learning from the Chaos: Innovations in Clinical and Didactic Dermatology Education from the COVID-19 Crisis.” Your abstract does not need to focus on this theme, but special consideration will be given to those abstracts that do.

The DTEG meeting focuses on excellent data-driven abstract submissions stemming from all areas pertinent to dermatology education. Abstracts must be 2000 characters or less, including spaces (font size 12); begin with the title, authors' full names, institutions' full name(s), and geographic location.

The submission deadline is Friday, July 31 (including contact person, phone number, and email addresses). Please send submissions to catherine.kelley@utsouthwestern.edu.

Presentations are SHORT, typically around 5 minutes depending on the number of selected abstracts. Group Discussion also occurs throughout the sessions. If you have questions about the submission, the topic, the presentation, or other questions about the DTEG session, don’t hesitate to contact me at my email address below.

Many thanks and see you virtually!
